Mug, Derpy & Sussie #5

An homage to Derpy the demon tiger from Kpop Demon Hunter.

The challenge of this mug design is the tiny hand sculpted Sussie. I've lost track of how many times I broke those darn hats while sculpting. I love that the design allows Sussie to judge you from the front view. 

#1 & #2 were designed using stroke & coat which requires less glaze layering while #3-6 used underglaze + clear gloss. Both time consuming processes with different results.

Wheel thrown midrange stoneware with hand sculpted details. Gloss finish.

Seconds Pricing: Rough uneven under glazing at rim where underglaze pulled away. Decor Use Only.
