'Hooman' Founder | Creator of All Things | The Only Person that Works
Rosa founded Hei Mao Studio after being laid off in 2020 during the start of the pandemic. She previously worked adjacent to the architecture industry as an environmental graphic designer. Jill-of-all-trades, she quite enjoys running her own small business over having a corporate job.
Ollie
CIC - Cat In Charge | Principal Su-purr-visor of All Things | OG Kitty
As of 2024, Ollie is 18 years young. He enjoys wrestling with anyone who pets him, interrupting any and all computer work, and morning meetings on freshly made beds. He oversees day-to-day operations at Hei Mao Studio when he feels like it.
Juno

Two years after losing our OG babycat Nermal, we thought things were too calm and quiet in the house. After a long search for the pur-fect candidate to thoroughly annoy Abby and Ollie out of their beds everyday, we welcomed Miss Juno (named for the teenage mom that she was). She has indeed kept everyone on their toes with her antics as predicted.

CSO - Chief Security Officer
Abby thinks she's the chief security officer and we let her because it makes her happy. Raised by three kitties from puppyhood, she may be part cat(?) and therefore fits in just fine at Hei Mao Studio. At work, she mostly sleeps on the job and reminds everyone when it's playtime or dinnertime. She got her job through double nepotism. We all envy her cushy lifestyle.

Mao & mao live above the studio desk overseeing many tasks involving the public facing side of Hei Mao Studio. They bring humor to our day to day lives here and have been employee of the months several times. You can read about their origin story here.

Sat on Ollie once without concern while he rabbit kicked her. Chewer of cameras stored in fuzzy socks. Left huge paws for Abby to fill.
