We're running this weird thing called a b-l-ooog? It's supposed to be filled with information about the place we work for, Hei Mao Studio. Turns out our first post is about us, so I guess we should know something about that....

Introducing Mao & mao

We are the two black kitties who run the customer service center here at Hei Mao Studio. I think that means we're in charge of talking to customers and resolving issues they might have? And apparently running this blog too. (Rosa here: They're doing a pretty good job despite having no sales, human interaction, or social media experience! Probably helps that they're really cute...)

How The Maos Came to Life.

The story boss cat told us is that we two were the last of first ever batch of black kitty bud vases from the early days of HMS...so early in fact that HMS was still oaee studio. After much debate between the Boss Cat and the Creator, they decided to adopt us. 

HMS was under rebranding at the time so we went through a slight cute-tification procedure before being thrust into the limelight that is customer relations.
