Inspired by a foot well carving technique that @creationli uses in her shark mugs, I began making octopus vases. While I love the octopus vases, this squid jar has always stood out in my mind as the next iteration.

Wheelthrown midrange stoneware. Feet carved out while trimming on the wheel. Decorated with glaze on interior and exterior.
